Henglian Group R&D Centre was founded in 1997, and the centre was accredited by the State Council. It is the first national state accrdited R&D centre in paper industry.
The center has a professional research and development personnel of 898, among it , 151 intermediate and senior researchers , 4 doctors, and 23 experts.
The technology research and development institutions of the center are divided into first level research institution and second level technical development institution. The first level research institution are made up by the pulp and paper laboratory, paper printability laboratory, coating technology laboratory , fiber laboratory, special paper technology and development center, paper wet part chemistry laboratory and the environmental engineering laboratory, a total of seven laboratories. Furthermore, a testing center and technology management office , mainly responsible for scientific research and development system, incentive measures drafting, scientific research , analysis and testing, innovation projection and achievements inspection were also established.
The second level research and development institution is made up by production experiment departments and technology promoting departments of various subsidiaries, and pulp and paper making and coating testing workshops, which are mainly responsible for the transformation of the research achievements to production , application promotion and production experiment.
The Technology Center has built eight ISO standard constant temperature and humidity laboratories. The test center was certified by the CCIBLAC laboratory accreditation in 2000, was re-confirmed by the Chinese CNAS laboratory review committee in 2009. |
